ENTRIES FOR PREVENTIVE JOURNALISM PRIZE WELCOME AS OF JULY 1
As of July 1, 2007, Understanding Government has begun accepting entries for its $50,000 Prize for Preventive Journalism. Journalists are encouraged to submit published articles or series that describe serious public problems before they have emerged as full-blown crises. The submissions should include solutions suggested by relevant specialists and, wherever possible, followup reporting on the effectiveness of proposed solutions. For more information on how to submit, or with questions about the prize, please contact Ned Hodgman at ehodgman@understandinggov.org.
